* Signifies Supporting Council, hence all businesses in these councils receive the 33% discount on entry fees to the awards.

 

 

CHECK LIST FOR ENTRANTS

It is very important to check these items as crucial points will be deducted if your submission does not meet these criteria.  These guidelines are to assist judges in reviewing, assessing and responding in a time efficient manner at the time of judging.  All our judges volunteer their time to assist us in the judging of these awards and are giving up an average of 4 working days to assist.  Meeting these criteria below assists in the process to deliver a great awards program for the industry long-term.

Mandatory Requirements

A large self-addressed & stamped/prepaid postage satchel for the fast return of your entry. (Ensure your package is large enough for your submission and appendix and has enough postage attached)

  • A maximum 30-printed pages including text, graphs and images bound in an A4 ring binder or wire/plastic spine binding
  • An electronic pdf version of submission provided on CD/DVD*
  • An electronic version 100-word description of your company/product provided on CD/DVD*
  • Ten digital images (JPEG files at minimum 300dpi are preferred)*
  • A large self-addressed & stamped/prepaid postage satchel for the fast return of your entry. Ensure your package is large enough for your submission and appendix and has enough postage attached
  • The signed entry form and disclaimer
  • The signed statement of financial authenticity (stat dec)
  • Payment with nomination form

*Preferably supplied on the same disc

Check your submission...
  • Is no larger than A4 in size?
  • Has no additional packaging or props enclosed?
  • Have you used the correct font size and line spacing?
